GUEST SPEAKERS this Month!

The June 2021 meeting of the God and Country Christian Alliance is Monday June 21 2021 at Moore's Old Tyme BBQ on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in New Bern.

Our guest speakers will be Mr. Joe Werrel and Mrs. Janet Oehl from Onslow Protect Our Students (OPOS). They will provide a brief history of their organization and speak about the Sex Education curriculum being taught in our schools, Critical Race Theory, and Social-Emotional Learning. Please invite parents of school-age children and anyone else who’s interested in learning what’s being taught, and is planning to be taught, in our schools.

OPOS are a group of parents, grandparents, and citizens who are concerned about the moral, physical and emotional  health and welfare of all children, including teens. They believe, as parents and guardians,  we have a RIGHT to ensure the healthiest message is given to the children entrusted to our care, especially in matters of sex education and human sexuality. 

All interested citizens are invited and encouraged to attend!

The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Those who wish to eat and fellowship prior to the meeting are encouraged to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30.
