GET EDUCATED & THEN ACT!

The July meeting of the God and Country Christian Alliance is this coming Monday evening at Moore's Old Tyme BBQ in New Bern.

Last month we heard about some of the issues in our public schools that are absolutely horrible! But now what? Do we just talk among ourselves and "preach to the choir"? Do we vent on social media? Or do we really want to take what we've learned and make a difference?

This Monday we will discuss ways to engage that may actually change the trajectory we're on with our schools, community and even our churches! We will distribute lists of school board meetings, community meetings and faith-based groups that NEED TO BE CHALLENGED! Educating ourselves with guest speakers is really important, but if there is no follow through with ACTION, what good is it?

The meeting this Monday will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Those who wish to eat and fellowship prior to the meeting are encouraged to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30.
